Absolutely!

We actually encourage our customers to create multiple HASH Schedulers based upon their needs. We charge by the worker, not scheduler. Create 10 schedulers for your 100 workers or 1 scheduler for your 100 workers.

You could also base it by your type of customer(s). Have a customer that is very proactive about their hashrate and contacts you constantly? Segregate them on a HASH Scheduler with tighter tolerances then the rest of your customers.
