There are currently 4 different roles for teams with varying permissions. Owner This role belongs to the email account that originally signed up to Stratumsphere and created the organization. This role has full access to everything on the platform. This role cannot be changed. Admin This role is capable of performing all actions that the owner role can, except that it cannot delete the organization or change the owner account. Your account's identity is tied directly to your email account and as such we do not allow you to change it under any normal circumstances. If you've become locked out of your account and email entirely, please contact support regarding your situation.
