What is Invoiced?
It shouldn't be of any surprise to you that we are not a billing/accounting company. Invoiced is a service that handles Stratumsphere's billing automation. All of your sensitive payment credentials are stored on their PCI Compliant platform. The official URL is https://stratumsphere.invoiced.com and billing emails will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. You can always access your billing portal from that URL or by clicking the "Access Billing Portal" button under Account -> Billing in Stratum
Where can I find my invoices?
There are 2 ways to find your invoices. It is important to note that only Owner and Admin accounts can access the billing portal and all billing emails are sent only to the owner's email account. Check your Billing Portal Invoices, payment receipts, and account statements can be found in your customer billing portal. How do I increase/decrease my worker limit on my paid subscription?
Please contact us on live chat or email to increase or decrease the worker count on your current paid subscription. We will be releasing a way for you to do this inside the web application itself soon.
How do I sign-up for different length terms?
If you don't want to stick to the default monthly billing term, you can select your preferred billing term when you go to upgrade your subscription. Signing up for a longer term saves you money! How to cancel my subscription?
You need to cancel your Stratumsphere subscription? We are sorry to hear that. Here is the procedure. Cancel my plan Login to https://app.stratumsphere.io/ Navigate to Account -> Billing Click Access Billing Portal Click the red Cancel button to the right of your subscription. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the date listed under Account -> Billing in Stratumsphere.
ACH Payment Delay
Please keep in mind that ACH payments may take up to 2-3 business days to clear before your invoice is deemed paid and your account limits are updated on Stratumsphere. If you are paying using ACH we recommend that you manually initiate payment on your invoice in advance to avoid service interruption. Autopay will run on your renewal date if you do not make the manual advance payment, but you may see an overdue notice on your account for a few days until it clears. The same goes for the 14-day
