Stratumsphere is mobile responsive, but may lack some of the features seen on laptop/desktop/tablet screens. We try our best to make our interface mobile friendly and it is an ever-evolving process. The times displayed on Stratumsphere are automatically adjusted per your device's system clock. This applies for items such as rental expiration, creation times, share submission, status updates, etc. Billing, Support, Announcements, and Maintenance items utilize the PST (GMT -8) timezone where BlockGen's Office is located.
Backups and Service Restoration
We keep daily rotating backups going back 7 days of all customer account and service data. In the event that you corrupt, misconfigure, or accidentally delete your service(s) or account please contact us accordingly. One of our technicians will restore your service or account to a recent date of your choosing.
